Website and session summary terms

The survey and fit call are free. Submitting an enquiry or booking a fit call does not create a paid engagement.

Scope and price

The introductory price is A$499 including GST for one private 90-minute remote session. It includes the pre-session workflow questionnaire, one clearly scoped workflow or useful first version, the session recording, a short handover checklist and seven days of bounded email support. The exact scope and timing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Tool subscriptions, complex integrations, production deployment, travel and additional workflows are excluded unless separately quoted. Gold Coast in-person sessions are by arrangement and may involve an additional charge.

Training outcome

The advertised aim is to map one suitable workflow, build a useful first version and transfer the operating knowledge. The exact result depends on the workflow, inputs, third-party tools, client preparation and approvals; no business outcome is guaranteed.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for source data, access permissions, testing, supervising AI outputs and deciding whether a workflow is suitable for use. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes or sensitive customer, employee, financial, health or legal data without an agreed handling plan.
